Wedding Photography at Hempstead House in Sittingbourne. A  lovely wedding venue that I have been lucky enough to photograph on a few occasions. Suitable for your civil service and reception or just your wedding reception. Large gardens surround the House giving lots of opportunity for beautiful wedding photography on your big day.

What is the photographers style? Traditional, modern or reportage photography? LS Images offers a modern, relaxed service whilst capturing candid as well as some posed shots, presenting them to you either in an album or DVD.

Are they full time professionals or  a happy snapper?  Female photographer Lesley Stewart is a full time professional based in Herne Bay and covers  all of the county of Kent.  She has even been known to travel to the Isle of Skye.

Has your photographer offered to meet you before you book?   As an engaged couple,choosing a photographer could be a hard decision.  However Lesley wants to take the stress away by meeting with you before your wedding or civil partnership, enabling  you  both  to discuss your wants and needs, perhaps walking around the venue and getting a feel for how it could be on your wedding day.  It’s your day- the aim is to enjoy it- Lesley will help you do this in a friendly, fun and professional maner.

Budget-money plays a big part whether we like it or not.  LS Images offers packages for all including ready to print from DVDS,  prints only, or finished albums.  There is also a wonderful midweek wedding and partnership offer-£200 off any package if your big day falls on Monday to Thursday & £150 off if it is on a Friday ( bank holiday excluded).  Weekend weddings & Partnerships are offered a framed enlargement chosen by the couple, should you book LS Images.

Yes it’s that time of year again when  engaged couples spend their weekends gathering ideas and leaflets about their forth coming celebrations.  Wedding faryes will take part all over Kent  and LS Images will be attending the Broadstairs Pavilion farye on Sunday 9th October so if you fancy a chat with Lesley about your wedding, choice of albums, style of photography, your civil partnership or wedding photography in general, please do come along.  Lesley will be there from 11am until 3pm happy to help.  LS Images is also marking the wedding farye with a ‘money off’ offer for mid week weddings.  I look forward to seeing you there!

Here are a few images of a wedding from last September.   The service was held at St Margaret’s Church, Rainham then on to The River Valley Golf Club, Upchurch for the reception.  My bride and groom wanted coverage to start at the church and for me to provide them with a mix of posed and candid images.  It was a lovely afternoon for wedding photography and Carly and Liam throughly enjoyed their big day.

     As a wedding photographer you get to travel all over Kent attending ceremonies at an array of different venues.  Some are not great when it comes to backdrops for photography so it was a real treat to have my first visit to Salmestone Grange, Margate.

What a lovely venue!  A character building with a gravel driveway leading up to it, a small but perfectly formed Chapel, lovely archways, flagstone floors, a large open fireplace and a large tree lined lawn. My bride and groom fell in love with the place at first sight and when I met the couple there on our pre wedding chat, all 3 of us knew we would enjoy the photography on their big day.

A pre wedding meeting with the couple helps all 3 of us.  We can go through the timing’s of the day, see areas of the venue were we can work  for group then married couple shots.

Of course the other important thing is simply just meeting the bride and groom beforehand getting to know each other better ensuring that on their big day they can be more relaxed with me which will show in their wedding  photographs.
