A Faversham wedding at Ospringe Church & the Alexander Centre.

It was a real privilege to be asked to photograph Julia & Nick’s St Peter & St Paul church wedding. The couple have been together over a decade and have four lovely daughters who were so excited to be flower girls. Saying the bridal preparations were busy is an understatement. Julia was joined by her four sisters, as well as numerous nephews & nieces, helping to get her and her daughters ready. I joined them a couple of hours before the ceremony. Off to Ospringe Church where I joined groom Nick and best man Andrew. Julia’s pregnant best friend, Carla, only just made the service as she was a week overdue! After the service we did family group photographs then after the confetti the guests went on to the Alexander Centre in Faversham. This gave me time to concentrate on photographing the couple as husband and wife in the charming church grounds. On arrival at the reception venue I took time to photograph the room, tables and small details as the couple mingled with their guests. After a quick drink, I photographed the couple appreciating the lovely features of the old building. Coverage from LS Images included speeches, cake cutting and the couples first dance.
